First thing we do with every home buying client is take an inventory of

- Deal breakers
- Maximum budget and ideal budget for the property
The challenge
Once we knew the priorities and the desired lifestyle we were able to refine the suburbs down to 5 specific locations. Instead of having 50 options which can become confusing, we focussed only on the properties that met the couples most important aspects.

We inspected all the homes the couple had shortlisted or seen before hiring us and provided feedback on the location and the house. This allowed the couple to get non-ideal or compromised homes off their mind.
We contacted our agent database for pre-market and off-market opportunities.
One of the client’s shortlisted property was an absolute standout, so we prepared for auction at very short notice and sadly missed out.
Negotiated a pre-auction offer
Secured the property within a week before the couple left for a long overseas trip.
