HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We will provide you with a fixed price quote once we know more about your search. But here is an approximate guide to help you with your budgeting.
Purchases below $800,000, the fee is $16,500 including GST.
For purchases above $800,000, your fee will be roughly 1.8% – 2.2% of your budget including GST. For example, if your budget is $1,000,000, then the fee would be fixed at approximately $19,800 inclusive of GST. Â
You pay this in two instalments:
Instalment one – Engagement fee
Engagement fee is 50% of your total fee. You pay this at the beginning of the service to secure your spot on our client roster. Once we commence work for you the engagement is non refundable.
Instalment two – Success fee
The success fee is payable once the contract to purchase your new home is unconditional. You will only pay the success fee if we achieve the result you hired us for.
