How/where will we meet?
If you are based in Melbourne we would meet in our office at Chadstone. For interstate and Regional clients, we will meet with you over video chat.
I’m not able to come into the office for an in-person meeting. What other options are there?
Of course. We’ll happily meet with you on a video call instead. We use a software called Zoom for that, and you’ll need to download that before our call. (It’s free.)
What do I need to have ready before we start?
All you’ll need to do is answer the per-session questionnaire. That’s it.
How soon can we start?
We can start as soon as you are ready. Here is a link to our calendar to book your Sounding Board Session.
How do we pay?
You’ll pay at the same time that you book your session. The booking software will take care of both scheduling and payment to make it super simple for you.
If you would like to book your Sounding Board Session with us over the phone, we will find a suitable time for you and you can pay for your session via electronic transfer or credit card.
